To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures your slot is reserved exclusively for you. While appointments can be rescheduled once, the deposit will remain non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:

For colour and extension appointments, I require at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule. I get quite booked up in advance, and having this notice period allows me to offer your appointment time to a client on my waitlist. Appointments cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit the deposit, as these slots are reserved exclusively for you.
